Privacy Policy
In plain language: we only ask for what we need to answer your enquiry, we look after it, and we never share it. This page explains everything, in line with POPIA, the Protection of Personal Information Act.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect only what you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number, the age of the person who would attend, and your message.
We do not collect anything else, and we do not track you around the internet.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one reason: to respond to your enquiry and arrange classes, courses or workshops with you. That may mean calling or messaging you about the training you asked about.
We will not use your details for anything you did not ask us about.
We never sell or share it
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone. Your details go to the TA-DA! Training team member who handles your enquiry, and no one else. Under POPIA, we are the responsible party for the information you give us, and we treat it with care.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to stay in touch with you about your training. If you do not go ahead with a class, we delete your details after a reasonable period so nothing lingers that we do not need.
You can ask us to delete it
You may ask us at any time to delete or update your details, or to tell you what we hold. Email us at hello@tadatraining.co.za and we will sort it out quickly.
